The Ration d'Assaut Individuel or RAI (English: Individual Assault Ration) is a military ration issued and used by the Imperial Sieuxerrian Armed Forces, specifically used by the Sieuxerrian Army. The RAIs objective is to sustain combat personnel in the first twelve hours to two days of medium to high intensity engagements. The RAI is carried on the infantryman himself and is designed to maintain peak performance for a limited amount of time, while the RCIRs are carried in armored vehicles or in trucks for most forces, while light foot infantry may carry them in large packs. The RCIR, compared to the RAI, can sustain a soldier for months on a time in an environment where field kitchens are not present or operable.

The ration does not consist of different menus or types of items found inside, due to the short term that the ration is supposed to be used, it was not seen as a needed thing to have a varied menu like other types of rations.

The ration consists of:

  • 10g Glucose tube in lemon flavor.
  • 500mL Powdered Drink Solution, Mk. II* (330mL solution, 13g/single packet). Orange flavor
  • Two Assault Bars, Individual serving, 68 grams. Peanut and blueberry flavor. Contains 3 Egg whites for 12g protein, 28 carbs, 340 kcal, 8g fats.
  • Single packet, 5 sticks, Caffeine chewing gum. Clove flavor.
  • Two Phenylpropanolamine pills, single 50mg capsules, fast release. Appetite suppressant, advantageous as a beta-1 Adrenergic Agonist, resulting in a positive chronotropic effect, positive dromotropic effect, and positive inotropic effect.
