The National Guidance Council (Kayig: Միլլեդ Գըլաղուզլուգ Գոնսէեի, Milleti Kılağuzlik Konsey-i), abbreviated as MKK, is the highest policy-making authority within the Irfanic Society for the Repoublic and, by extension, Kadaria. The body collectively serves as the head of state and government of Kadaria, although in reality, the supreme leader holds both of these positions.
The National Guidance Council was founded originally in 1951 following the consolidation of various government opposition groups into the Irfanic Society for the Republic in the midst of the Mehr Revolution. Following the ratification of the Declaration of the Founding Principles of the Irfanic Republic.
