Vĩnh Quyết

Vĩnh Quyết is a Highlander Lijiangite who was an important figure in the Lijiang-Akannite War that served apart of the Strategic Council of Calagains. Considered the best military strategists on the Council, he was the architect of many of the initial covert operations and the first to employ the Lijiangese Environmental Protective Biosuit. Quyết was crucial in the planning of the covert operations and was noted for the success of the majority of them, especially the success of Operation Shadow Network, which allowed the Lijiangese to be able to engage in a land battle on Calagains. After the end of his initial covert operations, Quyết participated in the Battle of Tamar and the Engagement of Southern Calagains.

Quyết was born as a son to Highlander Lijiangites, and spoke Highlander Lijiangite. Born with five brothers and six sisters in 2056, Quyết moved away to the city of Xianglao in Weila. In Xianglao, he became apart of the Civil Instructionary Unit of Xianglao and joined the National and Social Committee of Weila and served in the National Presidium of Weila.

Quyết was apart of the Expeditionary Design Committee that would later invent the Lijiangite Environmental Protective Biosuit
