Pace e Saggezza The Kingdom of Pace e Saggezza commonly called Pace e Saggezza, is a Constitutional Monarchy in North Utopia. It is bordered on the north by no ther nations, on the south by Cansilica, by the east by Hoporginiakero and on the west by San Pedro (forte Lontano enclave). Pace e Saggezza covers 367, 987 square kilometers and has has an estimated population of 24.6 million. Pace e Saggezza comprises of 2 entities and 10 regions. Pace e Saggezza is a reasonably sized kingdom in eastern North Utopia, it is part of the Universal pact and Utopian monarchs union, Pace e Saggezza is very democratic andhas grest relations with its neighbours thanks to the organisations it is in.
Etymology
The name Pace e Saggezza comes from the names of the two entities that united to form the country, thry are italian words the La pace entity means peace and the Saggezza entity means wisdom in Italian.
The standard way to refer to a citizen of Pace e Saggezza is as a "Pace e Saggezzan."
History
Early History
The two entities of La pace and Saggezza were very good allies which often fought and traded together. Their monarchs shared many things and they were very closely linked. The monarchies of each entity are thought to have come about from a chain of rebellions in each entity. A complex system of nobles was set up further intertwining the bonds between the two nations.
Early Modern Age
In 1638 La pace entity was thrown into a war over the succession of the throne, parliamentarians established a Republic as the Pacean monarchy fled to the neighbouring kingdom of Saggezza for protection. The region was heaviliy influenced by this turn of events. Meanwhile Saggezza entity was an independent monarchy and trying to get La pace find a way towards restoring its monarchy. La pace did thrive under the Parliamentary rule. In 1716 the Saggezzan army invaded the Pacesn and in 1817 La Pace had got its monarchy back due to a Saggezzan victory and swift restoartion movement but it was in ruin economically without stable rule in ots first few years and so the Saggezza entity since the two nations were very similar asked the queen of La pace to consider unification with the Saggezzan crown in an aim to bring more Saggezzan type prosperity to La Pace. In 1819 the two entities agreed to unite into the Kingdom of Pace e Saggezza where the ruling monarch would rotate to the other entity every time one passed away while they would get to keep semi-autonomy and their independent monarchs. The two entitues spoke different languages, La pace predominately speaking Pacean. and Saggezza predominately speaking Italian. The nation would have mostly Pacean signs on one part and Italian on the other. The capital Boscasa was to be a bilingual capital for the new state.
Present Day
There have veen 9 monarchs since 1819, 4 of them have been Saggezzan 4 have been La Pacean. The current monarch Magleinne VI is from the La Pace entity. Pace e Saggezza joined the Universal Pact in 1972 and in 2002 it ditched its old currency the Farò for the shared Utopian currency the Utopia. The economy has benifitted greatly from joing the UP and is set to rise further. The nation is now one of the richest nations in the UP.

Pace e Saggszza is made up of the entities of La Pace, Saggezza and the principality of Forte Lontano which is an exclave completely surrounded by San Pedro.

Physical Geography
Pace e Saggezza is mainly mostly mountianous in the south and far north woth flat grassland and occasionall hill, the capital Boscasa has no riversor lakes but it lies on the Boscasa mountian range. Other major cities like Dralajevo which is situated next to the Drala lake and Valkajevo is one of the cities that the longest river in Pace e Saggezza the river Venermò runs through. The highest peak is Unito mt. (3,400 ft.) is situated in the Saggezza entity, Flamosa region.

Climate
Pace e Saggezza gets quite hot summers of an average 20°c the all time high in summer is 30°c which happened in 1965. In winter temperatures drop to an average 14°c but stay mild, the record lowest temperature in the country's history is 3°c in 1976. It rains frequently in the north of the country and the weather brings in allot of tourusm in summer.
Politics
Government
Pace e saggezza is a constitional monarchy, the government head is the prime minister. General elections are every five years. The upper house the house of nobles is based in kings buildings, Boscasa. The house of nobles is used to pass law. The lower house the house of commons is where the MP's sit and is situated in the Nazionale buildings in Boscasa. There are three main political parties: the allegiance (currently in power) sre centre left, the union of democratic forces are centrust and the monarchist party which is right wing. A prime minister can re run elections as long as (s)he does not get voted out of his/her party or lose the general election. The ruling Monarch then welcomes them to office in the crown palace.
Demographics
Pace e Saggezza has been doing a lot to protect the enviroment, the government has managed to rise the renewable energy levels to 20% on target for 2020. There is little to no rubbish on the streets and the government is very eco-friendly.
Population
Pace e Saggezza has 24.6 million people living wothin its borders. 85% are Pace e saggezzan (50/50 La Pacean and Saggezzan) 4% are other utopian ethicities, 3% are europeans and 8% are black and 1% are aisan. Some of the utopian ethnicities include Daunlaundics, Havadarians, Ersians, Castllians and Hoporginiakerans.
Language
Pace e Saggezza is a billingual nation, the La Pace entity predominantly speaks Pacean and the Saggezza entity predominantly speaks Italian. Signs in Saggezza entity are mostly in Italian which Pacean subtitles and the opposite in La Pace entity. 12. 4 million Pace e Saggezzans speak Italian as a first language and 12. 2 million people speak Pacean only, 14 million claim to be billingual. To be an MP you must speak both languages, and in schools both languages are tought some regions of either entity may speak the tounge of the other.

Pace e Saggezzan culture is a culmination of Italian, Daunlaundic and other Utopian and European cultures with a bit of Pace e Saggezzan flair mixed in.
Viedershelsen is a popular sport as well as Football (european) and cricket.
Popular foods include 'bronos' which is a soup made with carrots, leaks, basil and served with traditional Pace e Saggezzan breads like 'Notollia' and a'útensbrøden'

Pace e Saggezza is a very peaceful nation that has never fought a single war since the countrie's founding in 1819. Pace e Saggezza's biggest allies are its fellow Universal Pact members, other Utopian nations and some Veropan nations. The nation's greatest allies are most likely Daunlaund or the other Utopian monarchies like San Pedro, Cansilica or Erskiellander.
Military
As a monarchy the head of the Pace e Saggezzan military is the ruling monarch. The Pace e Saggezzan military is very small and is not used mich as it is not needed due to Pace e Saggezza's neutral policy. The biggest department of the Pace e Saggezzan military is the airforce (which is still very small)
