The Huadai Precision Industries H89 is a Anikatian semi-automatic pistol service-type pistol designed and produced by Huadai Precision Industries. The weapon system was introduced to the Anikatian armed forces, it has served as the standard-issue sidearm for or all branches of Anikatian military and law enforcement since 1989.

Design

The H89 is a double-action, short-recoil semi-automatic pistol. It uses a simplified locked breech short-recoil method as pioneered by John Browning Similar to that found on many modern pistols. While constructed mostly of steel the later variants have greater use of polymer primarily on the grips. While designed for ease of production, the H89 series was also designed using the highest quality to ensure the greatest reliability and functionality over traditional pistols.
