The Vozhd of the Slavic Union is the head of government and chief executive of the Slavic Union. The Vozhd is elected by the Duma. Assigned with near autocratic power the Vozhd is the commander in chief of the Grand Slavic Armed Forces and the head of every branch of the Slavic government. There are very few limits on the Vozhd's power, with the only way to remove them before they've resigned is to issue a vote of no confidence, which requires approval by 85% of the Duma. This has been done only once to Vozhd Vasily Osipov in 1998 after he made repeated threats against bordering nations to invade.
