Get Up and Dance Emmiria is an Emmirian dance contest on E1TV. Celebrities partner with professional dancers to compete in mainly ballroom and Latin dance. Each couple is scored by a panel of judges. The series premiered in 2007. The format of the show consists of a celebrity paired with a professional dancer. Each couple performs predetermined dances and competes against the others for judges' points.
The show is based on Vitosium's Get Up and Dance.
