The Asine Revolution of 1922 was a conflict between the rising Asine chapter of the Women’s Revolutionary Party of Rintyar against the existing City of Asine. The conflict was noted for its brutal city combat, mass execution of suspected ‘Collaborators’ by the WRPA, and its radical reshaping of Rintyari society towards both Communism within and abroad.
After approximately three months of fighting, the city was secured and most of the surviving members of the revolution were executed for various crimes. Infamously, General Sanath Wierleck would also order the execution of much of the city’s upper class and nobility for cowardice during and after the Revolution, as many had refused to fight as was expected of them in such a crisis.
