The Kingdom of Vidoria

In 1620 the 5 principalities present in the zone decided to unite under one kingdom, the king of the new kingdom was Wilhelm I, prince of the principality of Vidoria, who would take over the leadership of the new kingdom. The new kingdom start works to improve the economy of the country, building cities, like Fredericia and Gavle, remedying swams and rivers and increasing the revenue of the country, but on the national front Vidoria adopted a policy of authoritarian repression against the opponents. The authoritarian policy adopted by Vidoria became increasingly oppresive, suffocating the poors and generating discontent

The Verdusian Revolution

In 1757, after years of oppression by the kingdom of Vidoria and sufferences, the verdusians leaded by Friederich Wortung, a rich bourgeois, wanted the indipendence of Verdusia, starting a series of protests against the vidorian government, from the boycott of the vidorian products to the sabotage. The 30 december 1757 Verdusia rebelled to vidoria, starting the Verdusian Revolution. The Verdusians Militias defeated the vidorian army many times. In 1758 the verdusian forces occupied the whole western part of the country; after the siege of Nykva the verdusian forces entered in the territory of the principality of Vodolia, conquering the capital Maribor after a long siege. Vidoria was surrounded by two sides : from a side the verdusian forces, after the conquer of Maribor, was attacking the eastern part of the country, from the other side the verdusian troops was attacking the capital Ragusa. After the capture of Ragusa Vidoria firmed the armistice with Verdusia in Skive the 12 May 1760. So Verdusia annexed Vidoria, the major part of the revolutionaries wanted the republic, but the prince Karl II, prince of the principality of verdusia, enstablished the Monarchy
