Lairang (Quenminese: Lai Răng) is a special city in the Văn Chấn Province. It is situated in the Cỏ Vôi Plateau within the Central Highands Region

Lairang is an affluent city that constitutes a major part of the Province's economy. Its thriving high-tech industry contributes to its status, and establishes the city as the northwestern extent of the Silicon Delta. It had developed due to accelerated industrialization that transformed the then-village since the late 1950s. Featured companies situated are Helios Informatics, Cảnh Duy Digital Applications, Scopas Technologies, ABY Analytics and the Chấn Sinh Labs. Congruent to this is the Ninh Bái Ubiquitous Urban District which is a smart city constructed to its northwest since 2015, as per the government's initiative to implement smart technology to the entire city.

Due to its location, Lairang features an oceanic climate, where relatively cool temperatures dominate its environment. This, coupled with the economy, is what constitutes Lairang as a tourist hotspot. From its scenic landscapes, futuristic architecture and the nearby Phu Hóa Lake, Lairang gains an average of 35,600 tourists annually.

A third significant part of the economy is agriculture, which is shared with Châu Bí to its southeast.
