The Battle of Ladlin was a battle of the Prodavan Soveriengty Crisis fought on the eighteenth of March 1991 as part of the Imperial Loukussa Offensive. The Vionnan 12th Parachute Brigade, along with the 8th (Independant) Pathfinder Battalion, were airdropped onto the main road between the crossroad village of Ladlin and the town of Loukussa. 12 Para marched on Loukussa while 8th Pathfinder Battalion took Ladlin and fortified the ridgeline alongside the village where they fought a desperate rearguard action to prevent the Prodavan 28th Division from marching up to Loukussa and attacking 12 Para from behind. The battle lasted from noon unil 7pm when the 28th Division was withdrawn to link up with the rest of the Prodavan 5th Corps. The withdrawl resulted in an Imperial victory at heavy cost to the Prodavans.
