King Richard II was the 5th monarch of Vionna-Frankenlisch and last Emperor of the Frankenlischian Empire. He was born to Queen Caroline in 1855 and in 1876 married Princess Ysolda of Wolfswood. A sickly child at birth he retained a variety of illnesses throughout his life, he died in 1897, three months after his coronation of general poor health.
