The V-107 is a medium-lift tandem rotor transport Helicopter powered by twin turbine engines. It is used by the Dnieguan Navy, Air Force and Naval Infantry to provide all-weather, day-or-night assault transport of combat troops, supplies and equipment. Additional tasks include combat support, search and rescue (SAR), support for forward refueling and rearming points, CASEVAC and Tactical Recovery of Aircraft and Personnel (TRAP). In Dnieguan Service, it bears the designation FzRkYpL-4, Fruzok Roterkyrlyemaviagptlan, literally meaning "Cargo Rotor Wing Lifting Aircraft", though Roterkyrlyemaviagptlan commonly means helicopter. It has been given the nickname "Tarchka", the Dnieguan word for Tern.
The V-107 was moderately successful on foreign market, seeing service with Estovnia, Sieuxerr and other nations.
Due to the complexity of the Dnieguan language, the FzRkYpL-4 is commonly referred to as simply "V-107", the manufacturers code for the aircraft. The commercial version is the BV 107C, commonly referred to simply as the "Vertol".

The V-107 was first accepted into Dnieguan military service in 1978, earning the designation FzRkYpL-4'. Initial versions were purchased by the Army for Medium Cargo and Assault transport. In teams of two, the FzRkYpLs could transport an entire platoon and equipment at rapid pace, and were often used for delivering reconnaissance troops. The Dnieguan Naval Infantry soon thereafter adopted the FzRkYpL in a similar role for their own Air Assault forces, first entering service with the 122nd Air Assault Battalion in July of that year.
Fast and offering long travel range, the FzRkYpL soon became a vital part of the supply lines of both the Army and Naval Infantry, providing vial methods of ingress and egress from operational areas, delivering large quantities of food, fuel, ammunition and medical supplies to units. In addition, it has the capability of carrying up to 5,500 kilograms of useful external cargo, enough to transport light artillery systems and small vehicles.
