The Ranier Ra-86 is a Cacertian wide-body airliner developed and manufactured by Ranier Aircraft as part of the company’s Ra-8X project. The first prototype of the aircraft flew on 18 September 1986 and entered service approximately a year later; an extended range variant, the Ra-86E, later entered service in 1988.
The largest operator of the Ra-86 is the Royal Cacertian Air Carriers , the flag carrier of Cacerta, with a fleet of 40 currently in service.
