Regina (Regina Lily; born 12 December 1959) is the Queen mother of Skavand as the stepmother of King Liam since his ascension in 2021. She was previously the Queen of Skavand as the husband of the late King Constantine since their marriage in 2004 until his abdication in 2021. Before becoming a member of the Skavandian royal family, she was a painter and a divorcée. Regina was previously married to British noble Mark Cumberland from 1977–2001.
