Hey, I'm Hifax, creator of Monsa (wasn't it Hifax? no.), Nidwalden (German-Nordic nation) and Sarrac. I'm Uruguayan from Montevideo and since I know I won't be a Condé Nast Traveller writer I'm studying International Relations at the University of the Republic, my interests are national and international politics, arts (not a professional), maybe architecture and maybe design.
