Julian Eugene was the eighth child of Charlotte of Geneva and the Emperor of Connuriste, Connor II and younger twin brother of Princess Charlotte Augusta. Julian was famously kidnapped in late 2065 being only a month old and was held hostage by the Mad King of Espana, Charles II for four months until he was returned to his mother and father in March of 2066.
Julian was again kidnapped in April of 2066 while visiting St. Petersburg, Russlande. He was held captive for over a year and was originally to be released in December of 2067. However his captor, the Mad King executed him via beheading on 27 November. He was the first of the royal princes of Connor II and Charlotte to die.
