23 June 1873 – Jean de Flandre and his company raid Camp III.
8 July 1873 – Gabriël van Aarle is arrested for his role in the Camp III raid.
10 July 1873 – Thomas Cnossen and his mercenaries retake Camp III. Jean de Flandre escapes and joins the Boer Rebellion.
15 July 1873 – An attempted coup against the government is foiled after a betrayal, all conspirators are arrested, except Machiel Zonnenberg who escapes with his wife.
13 February 1874 - Jean de Flandre is arrested, then escapes late at night after a failed attempt to execute him.
