The Palace of the Union (Slavic: Дворец Союза) is a building in Adrikagorod, Slavic Union. Originally intended to be 1,300 feet tall numerous construction delays and accidents would lead to it only being 942 feet tall. The building began construction in 1951 after Vozhd Nikifor Osipov personally sought out architect Kharatin Sokolov to design the building, Osipov's instructions were vague, just telling Sokolov to build a "grand building, one that truly represents the Union", besides this Sokolov was given free reign to design whatever he wanted.

Today the Palace is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Slavic Union.

History

Nikifor Osipov became Vozhd of the Slavic Union in 1940, by 1949 his health was starting to fail and wishing to reinforce his legacy he began looking for an architect to design a grand building. In 1950 he selected Kharatin Sokolov to design the building.
