Usage
This is used for rows such as those that start with "Total". It bolds all the cells in the row. For rows without any header cells bolding is all that it does. The row will sort along with the rest of the table.
If the row contains a header cell, then the row remains static and will not sort. This is due to this template containing this:
class="static-row-header"
