Kaoro, officially the Federal Republic of Kaoro, is a sovereign nation. The economy is somewhat inefficient at 22 trillion Kaoroan Dollars a year. People have some freedom and civil rights, but conscription is mandatory, gambling is illegal, & dress codes are mandated. The governance of the country is handled by local authorities in their own region. An underground movement ran by Far-right Kaoroi & attempts to crackdown on the movement threatens the country’s stability. The people behind the movement run a government in-exile that claims that the Republic of Kaoro is the true proper rulers of the country, despite controlling no territory.
