Ongewasgone also known as the Last of the Sellesou, was a captain and Native Asterian chief serving Gaullica during the War of Haillet's Finger. Born of the Sellesou tribe, he grew resentment towards the Raglanese's mistreatment of his people. Becoming friendly with the settlers of New Vercingot in compensation for that fact, he was more than willing to enlist in their war against Raglan. Appointed as the captain of the 1st Mounted Raiders and then forming his own regiment, Ongewasgone's Patrol, the native chief found himself spending much of the war as the counterpart and adversary of Raglan's Rupert Mæsmann.
