The Federal District of Columbia, more commonly known as Columbia or D.C, is the capital city of the Federation of Asteria and the headquarters of all three branches of the Federation, and houses The Citadel: the Federation Military Headquarters. It is commonly referred to as the "Heart of the Free World" and the "Beacon of the East".
