Xande Florencio Dantas (Xande being pronounced shawn-dee) is a Vitosian comic book writer, editor, publisher, and producer. He would found the company, XD Comics, which would create some of the nation's most popular superhero characters such as Captain Vitosium, Vortex and Zephyr.
