The JC-2 (巨潮-2, Jù Cháo-2, Giant Wave-2) is a submarine-launched ballistic missile in service with the navy of Songguo, carried by the Jingang-class SSBNs. It has a range of around 3,400 miles and carries six MIRVs. The JC-2 was the first Songhua SLBM to have an intercontinental range, succeeding the JC-1 and JC-1A. It was specifically designed in conjunction with the Jingang-class submarine.
