Kristy Jordan formed the Jordan ministry on the 21st of May 2021 after being invited by President Lindon Wentworth to establish a new government. Jordan's Democratic Movement party won a majority of seats in the House of Representatives election of 2021.

Changes
- Marlene Cowell resigned as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Water and Land on January 6, 2022 for health reasons. She was replaced as Deputy Prime Minister by Finance Minister Jarrett Lindsay, and as Water and Land Minister by Junior Minister Bennett Wilkinson.
