Vignobles is a major city and the département capital of Pais-de-Vignobles in Chenes. It is part of the Vignobles-Penobscot Region and is the largest city within the region. It is a diverse city with Audonic acting as the lingua franca. It has the largest Tsalagi speaking population of any city that is not in the Tsalagi Autonomous Region.

Vignobles sits on the western side of the Rivière Spirituelle, a large river which was traditionally interpreted as the end of the extent of the Alnobak Nation and the beginning of the influence of the Tsalagi Nation. The city is one of the few entry points into Tsalagi Autonomous Region that requires the crossing of Rivière Spirituelle through the Quévillon Bridge. Vignobles is one of the few destinations available through the Quévillon Corridor Railroad that crosses into Gristol-Serkenos.
