Coasti or Coastia, officialy the Coastian Republic (Respubliko Coastiana in Kaoroan) is one of the 14 states of Kaoro. Coasti borders Kaoro State, Ardia, Verde and Manegua. The capital is Biuem. The state is one of the southern states, heavily populated at the coast. The population is 3 million, only slightly behind Ardia for the 3rd most populated state in Kaoro. The state is mostly populated by English speakers, although the largest Kaoroan city is Respuk with about 500,000 people.
Etymology
Coasti comes from the word "Coast". The name is used because Coastians have historically had an attachment to the seas.
