The President of the Island Meeting of the Country of Freice (Freician: Kauiaga oe tela Rhui Mulo oe tela Landua oe Faio) is the head of government of the Country of Freice. The President leads the executive branch of the government in addition to their role as presiding officer of the legislature, the Island Meeting.

The President is elected by the Island Meeting of Malta, which appoints the president to serve for the duration of the assembly's one-year term. Sometimes referred to as the Leader of Freice, they are the most senior civil figure in Freice as well as chief officer of the Island Meeting. The president has the dual role of overseeing legislative proceedings as well as leading the government as chief executive. They are also responsible for representing Freice on a federal level and internationally, and appointing members of the judiciary.

The current president of the Island Meeting is Aniara Neileka, who took office on 20 January 2022.
