Trefei, historically Trefeilo, is the capital and largest city of the Kaoroan state of Verde. With 357 thousand people, it also is the 5th largest city in Kaoro. With powerful conglomerates, including Feida, the city has become one of the most important cities of the country.
Trefei can be temporarily turned into Kaoro's de facto capital if it is too dangerous for the government to keep operating in Kaoro City, gaining such status in 1953 with the Situation Act along with Mikelo.
