Mathias IX (full name: Mathias Josef Gustaav; born 17 January 1965) is the reigning Grand Duke of Vjaarland and Co-Jarl of Atlantica. The eldest child of Grand Duke Fridtjof III and Anna of Stølmark, he inherited the thrones of Vjaarland and Atlantica on 21 May 2012, upon the death of his father.
