The CKA was formed in 1995 after the independence of the Commonwealth Kingdoms from the United Kingdom. The army is the main land forces of the CK, all members of the CKA has to swear alligience to the crown of the Commonwealth. The army is composed of roughly 1,000,000 active voluntary personnel, 1,500,000 reserve personnel and 200,000 conscripts. The army is well trained and well funded been given the most funds out of the armed forces of the CK. Conscription is compulsory for all males aged between 16 and 18 and have to serve a minimum of 2 years service in the home guard. Voluntery personnel all undertake 12 weeks minimum infantry training and go on for further training in specific fields. Reserve personnel undertake a minimum of 12 weeks training a year and can be deployed to front line duty.
