Nicholas V. Landersvich XII

Kaiser Nicholas V. Landersvich XII came into power in 1984. His real name/name before his coronation was Paul von Metz. He was the heir to the imperial throne and part of the powerful von Metz family. He has your classic "old school" Emperor attitude; he has the final word, his empire is superior, the best values are Honor, Virtue, and Trust. Nicholas XII is impatient when it comes to people of lesser intelligence - he also holds grudges; that being said, if it benefits him to "forget" about something - he will forget it. His main goal is to secure his Empire as a world power; he is willing to do this in many ways. Expanding the Empire would be preferred, however, the European Council formed under his reign, which has halted many of his expansionist plans.
