Noah Naivalu is an Eosian politician claiming to be the "Provisional President of the Republic of the Eosia Islands". He is allegedly tied to the Eosia Islands National Liberation Front rebel group, which supports Naivalu's claim to the presidency. Since his claim, Naivalu has formed the Eosian People's Movement and has attempted to be the political voice of the Eosian opposition.
