The administrative divisions of Cuirpthe are the various recognized governing entities within the Republic of Cuirpthe. These territories have varying levels of autonomy, and may have political (local government), electoral (districts) or administrative objectives. All the inhabited territories are represented within the Cuirpthean Parliament, and all residents of these territories have Cuirpthean citizenship.

The divisions of Cuirpthe are defined in the 1974 Partition Act. Under the terms of the act, Cuirpthe is divided into three major territorial divisions; regions, provinces and districts, the second of these groups constituting the subdivisions of the first, and the third constituting that of the second. The government guarantees the principle of solidarity and maintains through legislation and economic and political balance between the various Cuirpthean territories.

The regions of Cuirpthe were constituted by exercising the right to autonomy and self-government for the communities within Cuirpthe, while maintaining the indissoluble unity of the Cuirpthean nation. The regions enjoy a highly decentralized form of territorial organization, but based on devolution, and thus Cuirpthe is not a federation, since the State is superior to the regions and retains full sovereignty.
