The Department of Revenue is a federal government department in the Caldan Union. The department handles all federal taxes as well as some income-based federal benefits programmes. The department's role in enforcing the tax code also means that it is involved in the registration of various classes of non-profit organisations which have a special tax status. Historically, when a far greater portion of federal revenue came from tarriffs and duties, the department and its predecessors were responsible for customs enforcement. However, since 1972, customs enforcement has been handled by the Department of Justice and the Royal Caldan Police.

The department's headquarters is in Tarana with tax centres in Narich, Darnley, and Fath. There are revenue service offices in every province and two each in Anata, Arcadia, and Alekthos.
