Princess Elle of Hanover (Elle William Nicole Charles Lauren Elizabeth; born 6 November 2004) is a member of the British royal family. The older half of a twin pair consisting of herself and her younger twin sister, Vivian, she is the fifth overall child of King William VI and the American supermodel, Christy Turlington, and is currently fourth in the line of succession to the British throne behind her older siblings.
Together with her twin sister, Vivian, the two are currently studying at the Regent High School in London, England, with both girls said to be sharing a common interest in becoming "successful businesswomen in the near future", though neither princesses have yet made clear the particular type of business they would be indulging themselves in.
Early Life
Elle was born on November 6th 2004 at the Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh, Scotland. The older half of a twin pair consisting of herself and younger sister, Vivian, Elle is the sixth overall child of King William VI, but the fifth overall child from her father's marriage to the American supermodel, Christy Turlington. Having been born approximately ten seconds prior to her younger sister, Elle, upon her birth, was immediately included in the line of succession to the British throne, originally placing fifth during her father's reign, and later fourth following the ascension of her older sister, Alexandra to the British throne on October 2017. Meanwhile, as the two sisters had been born as twins, they were therefore given the same set of names that followed their respective given names, with Elle being formally named Elle William Nicole Charles Lauren Elizabeth, with the names, in ascending order, paying tributes to their parents, the King and Queen, followed by their grandparents, the former King Charles III and actress, Lauren Bacall, and lastly, their maternal grandmother, Maria Elizabeth. On the other hand, the list of the two's godparents would mostly include the remaining living godparents of their older siblings, albeit with a few further additions. They include singers, Nancy Sinatra, George Michael, legendary rock singers, Mick Jagger and Brian May, followed by actors, Sean Connery and Hugh Grant, actresses, Kim Cattrall, Katharine Houghton, and Julia Roberts, Legally Blonde and Gilmore Girls stars, Reese Witherspoon and Selma Blair, and Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham respectively, followed by the likes of supermodels, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Tatjana Patitz, Linda Evangelista, Claudia Schiffer, and Kate Moss.
