This is a list of Mesogeian monarchs. The monarchs of Mesogeia have ruled for five thousand years from the establishment of King Mesogeius as King of Pharosia in 3100 BC. This is a comprehensive list of all the monarchs, kings, queens, emperors, and empress regnants of the various states that form modern Mesogeia. The Emperors of Mesogeia refers only to a select list of monarchs who ruled over a large enough portion of the land to be considered Emperor or king of all Mesogeia. This list does not include usurpers who claimed the Imperial throne but did not hold it, nor does it include modern kings under the seizurenty of the present Empress of Mesogeia.
