Oliver Bobrov (April 30, 1903-April 20, 1972) was a Slavic physician, biomedical scientist, and serial killer. During the early the early to mid 1960s he was in charge of the Slavic governments "Supermen Project", which attempted to create real life super soldiers. The project was shut down in 1967 due to a lack of results and increasing costs. Bobrov was fired from the Slavic government and from 1967 to 1972 he began kidnapping and experimenting on people in order to finish his project, none of his victims survived his experiments and in 1972 he injected his latest formula into himself, leading to him suffering cardiac arrest and dying. His body would be discovered in his home days later, along with years of notes and evidence for his crimes.
