Stevan Grimmeburger is an Ottonian and Draakurrae soldier and statesman. Prior to the South Ottonian Revolution, Grimmeburger was the military governor of the South Ottonian province of Draakurr and a senior officer in the Ottonian Royal Army. After the fall of the Royal government on the mainland, Grimmeburger became the Director of the Emergency Transitional Administration governing in the name of Storkeneg Vitus I.
