Lady Charlotte Randolph, 5th Baroness Bamber, is a Frankenlischian noblewoman and colonial official. She is currently serving as Governor-General of the Dominion of Kenega and has been in this position since July 2020. Appointed to the position of Governor-General at the age of 24, she is the youngest person to have held the position, and the second-youngest Governor-General in the Frankenlischian Commonwealth. Born in 1995, Charlotte ascended to the the Bamber Barony in 2017 upon the death of the previous Baron, her father Frederick.

The House of Randolph has held the Bamber Barony since its creation in 1792. The family has a history of naval and colonial service dating back to the First Baron, James Randolph and his wife, the privateer Anne Bolton.
