Kiso Narita Tora (born 28 May 1968) is a Freician artist and politician from Kana's Empowered Citizens who has been the Chair of Peka Authority and member of the authority from Peka's 12th District since June 2022.
Kiso comes from a Hoterallian family who came to Freice with Hoterallian Governance in 1927. Her family initially settled in Sekapa, where her father was in the Hoterallian navy, before moving to central Freice (what is now Peka) in 1958. She attended the University of Gerkoller, studying art and art history, before returning to Freice to work full-time as an art teacher.
She has been a prominent member of the Hoterallian community in Freice, having served as vice-president of Freice-Hoterallian Friendship Association from 2005 until 2009. Nonetheless, she has stressed her identity as a "Freician of Hoterallian descent", arguing that Hoterallians living in Freice should identify with their country of residence more than their country of origin. She joined Kana's Empowered Citizens on its founding in 2022 and became a candidate for the Peka Authority in the June 2022 elections. She was elected a member of the authority and subsequently became Chair of the Authority (the de facto deputy to Mayor Kana Tenqel).
She is seen as Kana's number two in the party, despite not holding any leadership position within the party. She is also regarded as being on the left of the party, emphasising a left-libertarian political outlook, supporting social ownership of property as a means of achieving personal freedom.
