The president of Kyievska Rus (Ukrainian: Президент Київської Русі, romanized: Prezydent Kyivskoyi Rusi) is the head of state of Kyievska Rus. The president represents the nation in international relations, administers the foreign political activity of the state, conducts negotiations and concludes international treaties. The president is non-directly elected by the Prime Ministers of the regions who elect one of their number to represent the nation for two years with the right to re-election.

The president's official residence is the Mariinskyi Palace, located in the Pechersk district of the capital Kyiv. Other official residences include the House with Chimaeras, Zymovyy palats and the House of the Weeping Widow, which are used for official visits by foreign representatives. The Office of the President of Kyievska Rus, unofficially known as "Bankova" in reference to the street it is located on, serves as the presidential office, advising the president in the domestic, foreign and legal matters.

The office of the president was established after the Balkan war in 1147, although it is not known as a significant change of the constitution. In 1564, in the second constitution of Kyievska Rus, the powers of the president who would be the head of the executive were formalized. The President of Kyivska Rus is the guarantor of state sovereignty, territorial integrity of Kyievska Rus, observance of the laws of Kyievska Rus Rus, rights and free individuals and citizens. The President of Kyievska Rus is elected by the Council of Ministers and approved by the Supreme Parlamient, which represents the interests of the people of Kyievska Rus. Anyone over the age of 21 can be president of Kyievska Rus The President of Kyievska Rus is one of the nine ministers of the regions. He will serve as prime minister of the region and president of the country.

Article 100. The President of Kyievska Rus
1) Guarantees the independence of the State, national security and the legal succession of the State,
2) Represents the executive power and the state of Kyievska Rus Rus,
3) Decides on the recognition of foreign states together with the king, the latter has the final decision,
4) Appoints and dismisses the heads of diplomatic missions of Kyievska Rus in other states and in international organizations; accepts credentials and letters of cancellation from diplomatic representatives of foreign countries,
5) Sign and approve laws in conjunction with the Council of Ministers,
6) he has the right to veto the laws passed by the Supreme Parliament together with the Council of Ministers, and to demand the revision and new approval of the law,
7) Declare war with the approval of the king,
8) Elect ministers jointly with the Supreme Parliament.
The powers not established by this law may be delegated by the king.

Biography

He was born on December 9, 1985 in Kyiv in the Ukraine region into a noble family. He is the 3rd of 5 brothers and 1 sister. At the age of 5 he entered the Kyiv National College where he graduated in 2003; in 2004 he entered Taras Shevchenko University where he studied law, graduating with honors in 2008. In 2009 he entered Polis University where he obtained a master's degree in national and international law. In the 2011 elections he was elected deputy of the Ukrainian regional parliament and in 2015 he was elected Prime Minister of the region. That same year, he was elected as President of Ukraine.
