The Organization of Shinkei (OS, Nihongo: 神経組織) is a special governmental organization established by the Nihonjin as a research organization. The organization was created following the establishment of the Shinkei Declaration and the Treaty of The Ten Kingdoms. The OS was founded under the vision that the head of the organization would preserve, research and develop the realm Sparkalia with the help of science and technology.
