Mohammed Al Mahdi Al Haqqum (Arabic : محمد المهدي الحقوم), born Jamil Khawarine (Arabic :جميل الخوارين) on June 3 1970 in Ghafun, Salamat and died in an elimination operation on March 12 1996 in Dar Kamel, also in Salamat, was a famous terrorist and one of the two chiefs of Jama'at Lilda'wat 'Ala Tariq Al Salaf Wal Islam, a terrorist organization which operated during the Salamati Civil War.
