The Starmer-Davey-Thierse coalition is a threeway coalition (the first of its kind) formed by Keir Starmer, Ed Davey, and Markus Thierse when Starmer was invited by Queen Alexandra to form a new administration, following the resignation of Prime Minister Patrick McLoughlin on 15 July 2022 as a result of the general election on 14 July. It is the UK's second coalition government after the Cameron-Clegg coalition from 2010 to 2015, and the first to involve three political parties. The coalition is currently led by Starmer as Prime Minister with Davey as Deputy Prime Minister, and is composed of members of both Starmer's centre-left Labour Party and Davey's centrist Liberal Democrats. Meanwhile, the HUP, despite being an official member of the coalition, voluntarily chose not to have any of its members hold any posts in the coalition government.

The current Cabinet is made up of seventeen Labour members and four Liberal Democrats, with five other Labour members and four other Liberal Democrats attending cabinet but are not necessarily members.
