The Tochka class are a six-strong class of Landing Helicopter Docks (LHDs) currently operated by the Dnieguan Navy. Planning started in the early 1990s to upgrade the Dnieguan Navys and Dnieguan Naval Infantry amphibious capabilities, to keep and maintain rapid deployment capabilities. Able to transport an over-strength Battalion at a time, the Tochka class can launch and recover up to 20 helicopters, or 8 V/STOL aircraft and some fixed wing aircraft, including the Dnieguan RfA-39.
