The Constitution of Farallon was signed by the attendees of the First Convention in Noumea, New Caledonia on July 7, 2651. It was the first government convening following the conclusion of the Farallonian Civil War. It was the first formal constitution for a government in the Pacific Islands since the Great Dusk.
