The 2022 Adamantine Senate elections will be held on October 9, 2010, with 6 of the 36 seats being contested in regular elections, the winners of which will serve six-year terms in the Senate of Adamantina from January 1s, 2023 to January 3, 2029. Senators are divided into three cohorts, whose terms are staggered so that a different cohort is elected every two years. Cohort 3 Senators, who were last elected in the 2016 election will be up for election in 2022.
One term incumbent Silvano Zinni declared she would no run in the Campialti Solidarity primary on January 2022, leading to an open primary in the province. Three candidates declared their intentions to run for Senator of Campialti by the deadline on April 1 2022.
Six candidates declared their intentions to run for Senator of Campialti by the deadline on April 1 2022. The last times the National Front held this particular Senate seat was in 2016. Amintore Trentino, former Mayor of Perino was endorsed by the Moderate Forum of Adamantina and Amina Biancardi and filed to run on February 1. Giosuè Trentini, a far-right candidate and former commune councilor for Giordano, announced his intentions to run on February 13, he was endorsed by the Conservative Chamber for Progress. Carmine Vecellio, former chair of the Campialti National Front announced his intentions to run on February 11 and was endorsed by the Campialti National Front. Alessio Nucci, Gualtiero Scutari and Avellino Buratti announced their intentions to run on the February 23, April 23, May 1, respectively.
Amintore Trentino won the primary election with 59,976 votes, 33.45% of the total turnout vote of 173,092.

Incumbent Senator, Guglielmo D’Attilio, announced his intent to run for reelection on December 21. He faced no primary challengers. D'Attilio won the election with 89,094 votes, 100% of the total votes.
Tommaso Ferri, former mayor of Ottavia, Iglesia announced his intent to run on December 19 and Stefano Fiorentini, current provincial legislator, announced his intentions to run on February 9. The Moderate Forum of Adamantina endorsed Ferri on March 3, and the Conservative Chamber for Progress endorsed Stefano Fiorentini on April 1. Tommaso Ferri won the primary with 55,818 votes, 51.67% of the total 108,029 primary votes.
