South Alezian Song Festival 1974 (Dutch : Zuid-Alezische Songfestival, Indonesian: Festival Lagu Alezia Selatan) is the second edition of the short-lived South Alezian Song Festival. It was held on 14th of August 1974 in Radio Selenhaarst Studio Een, Selenhaarst, Oost-Brenaven. Initially the plan was to hold the competition at 27th of July 1974. However, a workers strike in Radio Selenhaarst delayed hosting to 14th of August 1974. Radio Selenhaarst Studio Een (now known as Selenhaarst Theatre) can hold around 1,000 people.

The voting system last year was reused for this year. And a draw was held to determine the running order of entries. After a protest from Native Alezians last year, this year introduced Native Alezian as an allowed song language for the competition.
